Founder of Making Fitness Accessible CIC and passionate advocate for inclusive fitness. Matt leads our mission to break down barriers and create accessible exercise opportunities for people with disabilities and chronic health conditions.

Centre Manager
Founder of HealthWorkz with over 10 years of experience in neurological fitness and movement therapy. Alan specializes in supporting people with long-term neurological conditions, chronic health conditions, and disabilities.

Inclusive Exercise Coach
Dedicated inclusive exercise coach who's lived experience brings a fresh approach to adaptive fitness and disability awareness. Connell has completed an apprenticeship with Making Fitness Accessible and works closely with members to support their individual needs and goals.

Experienced inclusive exercise coach specialising in accessible fitness for people with chronic health conditions and disabilities. Caroline provides compassionate support and expert guidance to help members achieve their wellness goals.

Inclusive Exercise Apprentice
Enthusiastic apprentice learning the art and science of inclusive exercise coaching. Chibs brings fresh energy and dedication to supporting members while developing expertise in accessible fitness and disability-aware exercise practices. Chibs is deaf and communicates with sign (BSL) and speech.
