Our Disability & Chronic Health-Centred Approach

Everything we do is guided by our commitment to accessibility, inclusion, and individual disability and chronic illness care

Person-Centred Care

We recognise that every individual has unique disability needs, chronic health conditions, neurological conditions, autism, ADHD requirements, goals, and circumstances. Our approach is always tailored to the person, not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Whether someone is recovering from stroke, managing multiple sclerosis, living with Parkinson's disease, coping with fibromyalgia, managing chronic fatigue syndrome, dealing with chronic pain, supporting a child with autism or ADHD, or managing any chronic health condition or disability, we work with them to create the best possible accessible experience.

Professional Standards

Our team includes qualified neurological physiotherapists, chronic illness exercise specialists, autism and ADHD support professionals who understand the complexities of working with diverse abilities, chronic health conditions, and neurological conditions.

We maintain the highest standards of disability and chronic health care whilst creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone with disabilities and chronic health conditions feels valued and supported.
