Located in between Langham and Colchester in Essex, The Angel Centre is a purpose-built accessible fitness centre designed with disability access and activity in mind. Our inclusive physical activity space hosts both our specialist Therapy Gym for disability exercise, neurological conditions and chronic health conditions, and our Sensory Gym is a unique movement space for people with additional needs, providing a welcoming disability-friendly fitness environment for everyone.

Our specialist accessible facilities and inclusive exercise services provide safe, supportive environments for movement, neurological rehabilitation, chronic pain management, autism and sensory support, and SEND friendly movement opportunities

Therapy Gym

Our specialist Therapy Gym has adaptive exercise equipment and neurological exercise machines. The Therapy Gym supports people with supervised exercise programmes for rehabilitation, recovery, and fitness for people with disabilities, neurological conditions and chronic health conditions.

A safe supportive space for children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) to explore movement and enagage in physical development. Specialist gym with sensory equipment designed for children with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health illness and developmental delays.

What a wonderful place, always made to feel welcome. It’s been wonderful to see the progress that Alan & Matt have made since opening the centre. We travel 50 odd miles to this centre & it’s definitely worthwhile. My husband & a couple of friends all have MS and this place definitely makes a huge difference to them. Lots of equipment & lovely staff always on hand to help. And the coffee machine is definitely a great bonus😊
